I placed an order, when will my cookies be baked?
Once an order is received, your cookies will be baked and shipped within 3 business days.
Can I order a box with mixed flavors?
Not at this time. We’ve found that flavor transfer can occur in a shared box and so each flavor is best enjoyed in its own space.
Will pricing information be included with my cookies or gift?
Never. We understand that gifts should feel gracious and thoughtful and therefore receipts are sent only to the purchaser via email.
What if I received the wrong order?
Please contact us right away and email a photo of the cookies you received to admin@susiekcookies.com.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
Can you help me with my corporate and/or special event?

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
I cannot select a mail shipping option at checkout - is there a season that you do NOT offer shipping?
During the months of June, July and August shipping will not be available, however local pickup and delivery options are. Please call 480-600-7130 for questions.
Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship within Arizona only. We’re working on expanding!
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Not at this time. We want to ensure a smooth delivery and require a physical address.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your cookies ship, you’ll receive tracking information via email. (Please check your spam or junk folder).
When will my cookies be shipped?

Do you offer a local delivery option?
Yes. Delivery days are as follows: Monday for addresses West of Highway I-17, Tuesday for those East of Highway I-17.

Why do the sizes of the cookies vary slightly?
Each and every cookie is individually pressed by hand—this is part of the artisanal charm and what makes every bite feel special. Therefore, no two cookies are ever the same.
How big are Susie K Cookies?
Each cookie is approximately 2 inches in diameter.
Are your cookies kosher?
Not at this time.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
Not at this present time – all of our cookies contain butter, eggs and wheat flour. We are still exploring alternative offerings; however, we never compromise on taste or texture.
Do the cookies contain nuts?
Our cookies do not contain nuts, however they are made in a kitchen that handles nuts as well as other allergens. While we take great care to avoid cross-contact, they may not be suitable for those with nut allergies.
STORAGE
How should I store my Susie K Cookies?
Store cookies in a cool dry place in an airtight container and preferably separate from other baked good.
How long will Susie K Cookies stay fresh?
Our Double Chocolate cookies are best enjoyed within 7 days and Signature cookies within 10-14 days. For longer enjoyment, they should be stored in an airtight container in a cool dry area or refrigerated for two weeks.
Can I freeze leftover cookies?
Absolutely. Wrap cookies in wax or freezer paper and place them in an airtight container or freezer-safe bag for up to two months. When ready to indulge, allow them to come to room temperature and enjoy.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
What is your refund policy?
Unfortunately due to the perishable nature of the cookies, items are non-refundable.
What is your cancellation policy?
Orders must be cancelled on the same day of ordering. To cancel please call 480-600-7130 as soon as possible.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
My cookies have arrived broken, what should I do?
We’re so sorry to hear that! Each cookie is handcrafted and packed with great care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, once your order leaves our hands, we rely on third-party carriers for delivery and therefore are unable to offer a refund.
Can I order Susie K Cookies in bulk?
Yes. For orders of 20 boxes, 30 individual cookies or more, we recommend 7–10 business days' notice. Contact us directly to discuss customization and delivery logistics.
